講    題：律師、學者與官員的迴旋曲

王正嘉教授在擔任律師期間，取得了台大法學博士學位，然後投入學術界在國立中正大學成為了一名刑事法教授。如同大多數的知名學者一般，他一人身兼多項職務，甚至跨足金融界，例如第一金控的董事。政府部門重要的職務當然也少不了他，所以他現在是國家通訊傳播委員會的委員。
當扶輪社強調職業分類的重要性，而希望我們能認識各行各業的菁英時，王正嘉教授的多元職業與多重身分，透過他的分享將帶給我們完全不同的理解：這是一首律師、學者與官員的迴旋曲。

Professor Jiang-Jia Wang obtained his Ph.D. in law degree when he was an acting attorney, and then he devoted himself into academic field as a Professor of Law in criminal laws at National Chung Cheng University. Similar to most other renowned scholars, he has been wearing many hats, and even spanning the financial field, for example, serving as a director on the board of First Financial Holding. Of course, he is indispensable for important positions of our government. Therefore, he currently is serving as a commissioner of National Communication Commission.
As rotary clubs always stress the importance of occupation classification with a hope that we can get acquainted with the elite from all walks of life, Professor Jiang-Jia Wang’s diversified occupations and multiple identities can give us a totally different understanding via his sharing: This is a rondo played by a lawyer, a scholar, and an officer.
