講    題：我的Sea, Land & Sky + 心

Spencer從18歲登頂玉山以來， 在近50年的歲月裡， 已經親近了世界五大洲的 山水， 聞過了不同的人間味道， 從看山是山 到了 看山不是山， 又回到了看山 就是山的老人卡， 過了耳順之年， 開始進入空中， 在空中開始體驗到 “70從心所欲”的感覺， 藉由工作之餘的 休閒活動 ，在大自然裡 滋養了心靈 ， 豐富了人生。
希望藉由 最近20年來 攀爬 走跳 飛 的 心路 分享， 提供給 大家 小小的不同思维方式。
